After receiving the email, Pimsiri Handycraft will respond with 24 hours.

2. Order Conditions

• All products are handmade, therefore, time is needed to fulfill the order. please order early to avoid disappointment for festival seasons. Pimsiri Handycraft will notify you the earliest possible shipment date.
• Samples are available upon the request, customers might be responsible for the costs.
• Packaging and Transportation costs are determined after order comfirmation.

3. Payment Term

Local Customers

• Payment is required upon the confirmation.
• After payment, customers should delivery the detail banking ducument to us.

International Customers

• Payment Term and condition will be mailed to all customers once Pimsiri Handycraft receives the order confirmation.

4. Delivery Method

• By normal postal or delivery companies (DHL or Fedex) - subject to extra charge.

The shipment detail will be posted to customers by email.
